Fresh Truffle Scallop Sushi

Enjoy the rich flavors of this elegant sushi roll, which has fresh scallops and winter black truffles.

Ingredients:

  • 150g sushi rice
  • 2 fresh scallops
  • Fresh winter black truffles, thinly sliced
  • 2 nori sheets
  • Soy sauce, for dipping
  • Wasabi, for serving

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice, then let it cool

Cut the scallops into round, thin pieces

On a sushi mat, put a sheet of nori

Leave a small edge at the top of the nori sheet and spread a layer of sushi rice out evenly on it

On top of the rice, put slices of fresh scallop

Add thin slices of fresh winter black truffles on top

Use the sushi mat to roll the sushi up tightly

Cut the sushi roll into small pieces that you can easily eat

Put soy sauce and wasabi on top
