Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen French fries
- Cooking spray optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C for 5 minutes
While the air fryer is heating, remove the frozen French fries from the bag and spread them out in a single layer on a clean kitchen towel
Pat them dry to remove excess moisture
If desired, lightly spray the fries with cooking spray to help them crisp up even more
This step is optional but recommended for extra crispiness
Once the air fryer is preheated, place the frozen fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer
Make sure they are not overcrowded; you may need to cook them in batches if your air fryer is small
Cook the fries at 400F 200C for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the fries halfway through to ensure even cooking
Check the fries for doneness
They should be golden brown and crispy
If needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes for extra crispiness
Remove the fries from the air fryer basket, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately
