Instructions:
Preheat your barbecue or griddle pan to high
Divide the ground beef into 4 and shape into burger patties
Season with salt and pepper
Place the bacon on the barbecue or griddle pan and cook until crispy, then move to one side to keep warm
Cook the burger patties on the barbecue or griddle pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking
During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt
While the burgers are cooking, make the Insanity Burger Sauce: Mix the mayonnaise, American mustard, and hot smoked paprika in a bowl

To assemble the burgers, spread a generous spoonful of the Insanity Burger Sauce on the base of each bun
Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by the cooked burger patty with melted cheese
Add the crispy bacon, tomato slices, sliced gherkins, and red onion
Top with a handful of mixed salad leaves and finish with the other half of the bun
