Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Add flour, salt, paprika, and garlic powder to a bowl and mix them together

Add water slowly and mix until a dough forms

Spread the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper to make it thin

Take off the top piece of parchment paper and put the dough on a baking sheet

The dough should be cut into triangles

Place in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp

Soak the cashews in water, then add the nutritional yeast, tomato paste, pickled jalapenos, lemon juice, onion powder, mustard powder, and salt

Blend the ingredients together

Adding water as needed to get the right consistency, blend until smooth and creamy

Put the nacho cheese sauce on top of the tortilla chips

Take the cookies out of the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool down completely

Instructions:

Put brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a bowl and mix them together

Mix everything together well

Spread the brownie batter out evenly on the pizza pan that has been prepared

Put chocolate chips on top of the brownie mix

In a hot oven, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Take it out of the oven and let it cool all the way down

Put powdered sugar, milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring if using in a small bowl

Mix the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and the color you want is reached

Put the peppermint glaze on top of the brownie pizza after it has cooled down

On top of the glaze, put crushed candy canes

Prick the bottoms of the dough with a fork to prevent air bubbles while baking

Bake the pie crusts in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are firm to the touch

Let them cool completely

Once the pie crusts are cooled, spoon a layer of salted caramel sauce into each crust

Sprinkle a few chocolate chips over the caramel layer

After the mixture has cooled, freeze it in an ice cream maker according to the directions that came with it

Move the churned ice cream to a container that can go in the freezer

Freeze for 4 hours or overnight, until it is firm
