Ingredients:
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Vegan peanut butter cups, chopped for topping
Instructions:
Put the peanut butter, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, maple syrup, black beans, and almond milk in a food processor
Mix until its creamy and smooth
Add chopped peanuts and vegan chocolate chips and mix well
Put the dip in a bowl to serve, and then sprinkle chopped vegan peanut butter cups on top of it
Serve with pretzels, apple slices, or vegan cookies, or any other food you like to dip
