Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds optional
- Ice cubes as desired
Instructions:
Wash and rinse the mixed berries
Peel and slice the ripe banana
In a blender, combine the mixed berries, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and chia seeds if using
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if you prefer a colder and thicker consistency
Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed
Pour into a glass and serve immediately
