Berry Blast Smoothie


Carlsbad Singles Over 40

This smoothie is tasty and good for you because it has mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Great for a quick breakfast or to refuel after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds optional
  • Ice cubes as desired

Instructions:

Wash and rinse the mixed berries

Peel and slice the ripe banana

In a blender, combine the mixed berries, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and chia seeds if using

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if you prefer a colder and thicker consistency

Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed

Pour into a glass and serve immediately
