Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Peel and pit the avocados, then place them in a blender or food processor
Add coconut milk, raw honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion
Insert popsicle sticks into each mold
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely set
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them
Serve immediately and enjoy
