These succulent pork chops are infused with the aromatic flavors of rosemary and garlic, complemented by the richness of ghee. Perfect for a satisfying Paleo-friendly meal
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons ghee or clarified butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set oven temperature to 375F 190C
On both sides, season pork chops with salt and pepper
Pour ghee or clarified butter into a skillet and melt it over medium-high heat
To the skillet, add the chopped rosemary and minced garlic
Saut for one to two minutes, or until aromatic
The pork chops should be seared for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown, after seasoning
After transferring the skillet to the oven, preheat it and bake the pork chops for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are thoroughly cooked
