- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
Soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and water should all be mixed together in a bowl
This will make the marinade
Put the chicken wings in a Ziploc bag and cover them with half of the mix
Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on
Turn on the pressure cookers Saut setting and heat the vegetable oil
Cook the chicken wings in a sauce until golden on all sides
Add the sesame oil, the rest of the marinade, and 1/4 cup of water to the pressure cooker
Make sure the lid is on tight, choose Poultry, and set the timer for 10 minutes
After that, let the pressure drop naturally for 5 minutes, and then quickly let go of any extra pressure
