Instructions:
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl
Mix the sour cream, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl
Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Dont overmix; a few lumps are acceptable
In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted butter to make the Cinnamon Swirl Filling
Grease a nonstick skillet with a little oil and heat it over medium heat
Add a teaspoon of the Cinnamon Swirl Filling to the skillet after adding 1/4 cup of pancake batter
To get a marbled effect, swirl it into the pancake using a toothpick or skewer
Cook the pancake until bubbles appear on the top, then turn it over and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown
Continue with the remaining filling and batter
Blend the powdered sugar, brewed coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until a smooth consistency is achieved for the Maple Coffee Glaze
Before serving, drizzle the glaze over the warm pancakes
