Peppermint Brownie Pizza

Indulge in the delightful combination of rich chocolate brownie topped with a refreshing peppermint glaze and crunchy candy cane bits, all in the form of a delicious pizza

Ingredients:

• 1 box brownie mix
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1-2 tbsp milk
• 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
• Green food coloring optional

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 12-inch pizza pan

Put brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a bowl and mix them together

Mix everything together well

Spread the brownie batter out evenly on the pizza pan that has been prepared

Put chocolate chips on top of the brownie mix

In a hot oven, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Take it out of the oven and let it cool all the way down

Put powdered sugar, milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring if using in a small bowl

Mix the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and the color you want is reached

Put the peppermint glaze on top of the brownie pizza after it has cooled down

On top of the glaze, put crushed candy canes

Cut and serve
